What we do
Hiring by word of mouth.
When you have a role to fill, we tell you who we would put forward and why. Everyone we recommend is someone we have worked with or watched work.

02 Most good hires come through someone who already knows the person. That is the only way we work.

Yes. We are based in the UK and recommend people for office, hybrid and fully remote roles.
How do you decide who to recommend?
We only put forward people whose work we have seen ourselves. If we would not hire them, we do not send them.
How do we start?
Email us about the role and the team. If we know someone suitable, we come back with a name and a short note. If we don't, we tell you.
